@kyleOWillFixIt I live in Florida and just like learning about all the different fruit trees we can grow here, but honestly, any content about trees haha. My favorite tree in Florida is the Flamboyana (Royal Poinciana)

@@BManStan1991 Oh, that's awesome. Actually the Arbor Day Foundation just sent me some bald cypress trees. They are a hallmark of Florida and a really beautiful tree. I'll talk about them sometime.

Loquat Trees planted in big pots, can they last long, to grow old n bear fruits for years to come?

Short answer is yes, but I don't recommend it.
Long answer, you would have to be talking about at least a 25 gallon pot, and the tree is still going to try to root through the bottom into the soil. I do have 4-5 year old trees in pots that do bear fruit. But long term if they stay in the pot they will never get as big as they should without room to spread their roots.

Like everything in life it's all about the attitude you choose to approach it with. Years ago my family also planted one loquat tree and realized there were seedlings around after a few years. So we picked them up and potted them. Loquat trees vary in price by size but on average I'd say I get the equivalent of about $100 USD. You do have to wait 2-3 years because there's not much money in selling them before that, but bight now I'm producing about 300 trees a year. Per acre of land and per hour of work put into it it's definitely the most lucrative crop I've dealt with.
