Can this Bob hold two car seats at the same time?

I just looked it up because I didn’t know the answer and this is what is said on their website:
No. For BOB Gear Duallie strollers the Infant Car Seat Adapter is designed for one car seat. We are unable to fit two car seats side-by-side and keep the overall width at less than 32 inches, which is the average door width. This accessory, however, will allow you to use a car seat on one side and a snack tray on the other.
