Next up: bun rieu, bun bo Hue, banh khot, banh xeo, bo la lot, com tam, banh cuon, etc. :) You should show us some xoi dishes, too, and some of that grilled banana dessert where it's wrapped in rice and grilled or the ones with coconut sauce on 'em. Looks delicious! In Bali we have something similar, called “sate lilit”… but it’s made with minced chicken or fish instead. SO good with the lemongrass skewers! 😊
