Q-MAC HF-90 Transceiver

In this video I review the main features and operation of this Australian transceiver.
This radio has 2 versions, the civil and the military one with a rugged head display and H250 handset. All versions however incorporate the selective call or SELCAL.
It is capable of delivering 20 or 50W. It is therefore the world's smallest high power portable HF transceiver

It is a radio that has had world wide use, specially is disaster zones, simple to use once setup / programmed can be sent to none radio trained people with a basic instructions to established long range links, there are three main variants, man pack, vehicle and base station.
