this is FANTASTIC. Wonderful colors. Thank you very much for uploading this and for being so very generous as to offer it for use. Thank you 1 million times over.
Thank you SO much!! This is so fantastic and it is so wonderful of you to let us use it!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate this!! Credit is most definitely going to be given when I finish my video!! :)
Wow, this video is amazing. This is the best "Psychedelic" liquid light video I've seen so far. Reminds me of those liquid shows from concerts back in the late 60s. Some really cool stuff
It´s really nice that youre giving this for free, it looks amazing, really cool colors and good quality. one of the best liquid light show i´ve seen on the internet.
Thanks for your appreciation... The liquids are authentic in that they are exactly like the liquids I projected on the walls in the great San Francisco Dance Halls of the late 1960's as Brotherhood Of Light.
Absolutely stunning work! This is an art form that almost got lost underneath all the high powered techno-lighting the past 35 years or so. You can taste those original 60's shows within this 21st century take...keep up the great work and thanks for being generous, a quality sorely lacking in most parts of this world...and to Bob, I was in one of the bands BOL did at the Avalon in 1968...Crystal Syphon! Keep tweaking the photons!!
I do plan on making a "how to" video about the liquids and how to make them as well as other aspects of lightshow art...the thing is that I first want to show people some amazing effects, that we can discover together and later learn how it all was made... I am highly motivated by my love for this artform and will share my knowledge... It's never been a secret.
Did you ever make this how to video?! I want to know how you got the colors to come out so vivid but with a dark background. I look forward to more content!
@@gramfarmer Hi Graham, I hope to make a video sometime that shows how I make and process liquids into fine imagery but first I have to create and develop more of the art in the first place. It's just going to take more time. Decades in the making.
Thank you so much for putting this up. I was looking for a cool lightshow that i could use during a live performance in a couple of weeks. And this was exactly what i was looking for. Cheers!
Thank You for enjoying this liquid video. We are grateful for the opportunity to share it here on You Tube... The HD version is nearly completed and will be released soon.
universoulightforms Excuse me kind sir,...did you say that there is an HD version of this coming out soon? Is it already available? Just curious. Thank You kindly for making this available to the psychedelic junkies of the 21st century. You are truly a good man. :)
eleni93003 Thank You for the opportunity to explain... This video was first editited in 2006 in standard definition. I recently re-edited the original HD footage into the 2015 HD version in which I preferred a different mix of the imagery for artistic reasons... to accent cooperation rather than competition on the screen. Sincerely, Bob.
Thank you absolutely fantastic, I intend to compose music to go with parts of your beautiful presentation. Thank you for your generosity in giving this wonder away
awesome of u to allow for use... it goes so well with my synth music... I will be sure to give credit!!! thank u so much .... I will support as soon as my patreon comes in... all 27 bucks of it lol... tough world today for artists ❤️🌏💙
That is the Human touch... Pressing one clock face glass plate into another that is slightly larger... the colored fluid dances to the music of your fingertips.
This video is amazin! What kind of liquids and ink did u use? I'm from Argentina, and I'm experiencing with liquid light show. I've been trying with oil paints and chinese ink. Any advice you can give me would be really helpful, thanks!
Hey universoulightforms,i absolutely love this video,it's beautiful.I've found this an aid to the music I've been making recently and would love to use these visuals for a video containing my music.I understand this is free to the public to use,but i thought it best to ask your permission and of course will give you full credit/thanks if you you allow this.Would be much appreciated and you may even like the music!Anyway good stuff guys.
So I did a bunch of research about performing a show and some people said that you needed oil-based dye to color the mineral oil and food coloring to color the water. If you're just using mineral oil, alcohol, and food coloring, how do you prevent the colors from mixing? Thanks alot!
I believe we used DivX as the codec, you may need to install it. I don't have the original uncompressed file or I would release it as a newer standard H.264 which most programs can work with. I could convert this AVI however there would be an additional loss of quality.
"Free Form Liquid 001" is made from two hours of liquid video which was superimposed over itself in an old "Premiere" movie making program to make a sixty minute single layer with two images... Much more depth is achieved with multiple projectors simultaneously interacting.
you are a ROCKSTAR!!! you dont know how much this means to me, thank you for creating and sharing so freely and kindly. ROCK. ONN
Played this on my tv while singing along to the Saucerful of Secrets vinyl. Man oh man. Thank you great work

This has always been my favorite kind of psychedelic effect. And from what I know, it's one of the earliest.
Thanks very much for this, I am using it for a dance area for our 40th wedding anniversary, perfect!

Very encouraging! More visuals are being created...
The Liquid is simple: Mineral oil with 70 percent isopropyl alcohol and water base food coloring.
Thank you for giving us this beautiful gift.
Simply beautiful work and you allowing others to use these is wonderful! I only see 3 videos here... are more available to enjoy and share? Thanks...
Totally awesome effect. Fractal mathematics but for real.

It looks like a superimposed montage of different footage.

Great work!
Please tell me what materials and techniques are you using.
Hey! Quick question - what do you recommend for the oil? Do you use Candle dye?
( :
Wonder how you did the pulsating effect (particularly at 1:23-1:30, it's incredible).
Something you introduced and moved in the liquid?
BEST OF THE BEST
Thank You very much for enjoying.

Hi, thanks for this beautiful work of art! Does "Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 United States License" mean that it can only be used within the US?
Google the word 'downloader' and many free options appear.
Does the avi file from the download only work on Windows machines? I can't import it into any programs on my MAC.

Are these two projections on top of each other or is this all coming from one source?
