Where are the Worlds biggest Rocks? I can see only tiny rocks and to much sand!

You don't need that crusher if all you're putting in it is small enough to pass through with no crushing. Feed it some big rocks!

@@PatrickBaptist-vv2bg Dude...worked night shift, by myself, in a 650 bed hospital, for 15 years. You either move 3x faster or carry 4x the load of the dayshift, so I know. Mining is about tonnage per shift and most of these loads were short.

Up to now haven't seen one of these trucks with a full load not impressed at all very poor operator loading job

    • @AllanSitte

I think the trucks they are using are likely maxed out on weight.
Hematite and Magnetite (common iron ores) have relatively high density (heavier by volume) versus other mineral ores.
Only the heaviest elements have higher weight per volume of ore. And there are few that are naturally occurring. Examples include lead, gold, iridium, copper, and uranium ores.
Additionally, if those trucks have to climb a steep slope of any kind to get to the crusher, there are diminishing returns on fuel efficiency if the trucks are heavily loaded.
A single load may be worth a little more expense on fuel in some cases.
But on a macro scale, it can be more cost effective to find a balance between fuel cost and volume of ore delivery per hour.
Also... It is hard to determine exactly what brand of vehicles they are using.
If they are using cheaper equipment... well... you get what you pay for. 😒
