Dude never rotate the minute hand on counterclockwise. It harms chime lever. Only rotate on clockwise slowly. Trust me. I fixed many pendulum clock and saw chime lever was harmed because of turning on counterclockwise

hi i know whats wrong with the broken clocks you just take off dial and bend the rode that attaches to the escape wheel rocker thing and tweek it and then tick tock must be even can try oil broken clocks
