Whats awesome about Chad Townsend is that you don't even know he is there when your watching on TV... He is just out the back and in the line directing the boys... nothing flash, not looking for spotlight. Just doing his job.

Strong mindset is so under rated. Takes a great coach and great man to see that then enact training around it. It makes them better players but more importantly better people.

Payton in obviously a very good coach and I liked the interview but I wonder why Payten is bothering doing it.Maybe he got very well paid I guess.
Cows are certainly going great but have won nothing yet so maybe accept adulation later on.
He took a close to last place team to 2nd thats a win at this stage of the competition
