I'm glad to see you still posting on here. Your guitar style is one of a kind and I really hope you are still with INK so we can continue to hear it along with your insane vocals, that mixed with Spencers are what make you guys my favorite band. Hope to see some more playthroughs like this in the future I love seeing how its played straight from the man himself.

Trickster Child he booked his production schedule ahead of the spring tours and I think the short summer one they’re doing now too
I know its not reliable but the wiki page says hes a former member. I really hope he comes back. Ive seen them since both justin morrow went to MIW and JD took a break. And its not the same without him.
@@chrisyounes9281 it sounds way to different, his scream is clearly missing. What was great was that combo he had with Spencer. It made live shows sound like the recordings
Been looking around on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram for an answer as it was sad to not see JD on stage when I saw INK in Manchester last Wednesday. I agree there was a certain dynamic missing and I was like "I hope this new guitarist can pull off JD's parts". Honestly I was questioning if he was actually playing sometimes. There were a few things I think they just put on the backing tracks vocally too which is disappointing because the other UK shows seemed more authentic.
I still had a blast at the show and all the extra theatrics with costumes and stage production help to elevate it. It was just a bit jarring to only see Spencer left as Connor and Justin have all left now too.
Hope all is well though and I'm probably gonna buy a Slam Dunk ticket as they've been announced! :)

I've always loved the guitar work that went into INK's songs since I first discovered them at Mansfield MA Warped Tour in 2014. I literally stopped in my tracks and stayed for the whole set. So these playthroughs are sooo satisfying to watch and listen to. Hope all is well JD, and whatever it is you decide to pursue in the future, i'm sure you'll absolutely crush it. This is one of the best guitarist of all time
I worked out how to play this song years ago (only up until the second chorus) and did a playthrough for RUclips. Unfortunately my guitar had old strings and I royally screwed the intro lead, so I took it down a while back. Though, when I first put it up JD was really nice and encouraged me through a comment, I'm glad we finally got a playthrough! I know JD didn't write a lot of this song but he did some really cool stuff for the band when he joined. It's a shame he's no longer in the band. Hope he's doing well :)
