I had this camera - two major issues: 1 - you can only connect via the app, no other way. This means you must have internet connectivity all the time to connect. 2 -It was outside over the winter, and somewhere along the line the power failed. Now I can get it to start up, but the app doesn't connect, and I can't get it to reset. So now its on its way to the e-waste recycling plant
I have other battery cameras, and for all of them they only work with the app. There is no other option like ONVIF as a constant connection would drain the battery. Mine also had an issue with when it powered down and would not come back online even if the sun was out. But I brought it in and charged it with a USB charger and it was up and running again. SO something happened for sure, but mine recovered. Now it is at my summer house since October and doing OK. Fingers crossed.
I have this one but I am having a problem with the battery not charging either by solar or 5v power. I do like the Siren it stops kids and cats next door running in my garden.
Since I made this video, it happened once that it was not responding. I brought it inside and put it on charge. It is running fine ever since. I can't tell why it happened. Like it stopped charging from solar for some reason. But again works fine since. The siren is a good one :) I hope the cats don't get used to it.
@mariaaiken4320 All the options in the app are event recording only. I cannot even select continuous recording. To be honest none of the battery powered cameras I have used did continuous recording. The battery is just not enough for the camera to run 24/7 and be online.
Hi! Do you know what is the battery capacity on Anran Q1 Max. I am trying to decide whether I should buy the Anran brand or the Yeskamo brand (15000 mAh rechargeable battery and similar specs to Q1Max) I do not think the app is as good as Anran 's. Thanks!
Sorry, I don't. I moved the camera to my summer house, so I cannot check. But I don't think batter capacity is a meaningful figure, unless the difference is a lot. After all you don't know the average power consumption of the camera itself. Even if the battery is bigger but the camera eats more power it would have a shorter battery life.
I have same camera. Everything is install the only problem is when someone stand in front of the device and send alarm. It doesn't choose or move different detectiion sensetivities. Any idea please
i have one unit same of this model and ANRAN APPS operation. Question: how can we able to add one or three mobile device to connect cctv for monitor? Thanks
You need a soviet flux capacitor with a -70 ohm resistance modulator wrapped with two branded core copper wires using a blosi modulator. Reboot the wifi then restart the battery backup you will see the copper wires glow, then you are able to add one or three mobile device. Note: make sure the blosi modulator is on channel 3 with bounceback squelch set 1/2 way. It won't work on any other channel.
Отличная работа! Спасибо за ваши обзоры!
Excellent review thanks

what did you do to get it to charge via Solar? There is no indicator of the solar charging the Camera. @@csongorvarga
You can zoom with this model. In love mode use two fingers a pull out or in
Can this camera zoom in and out? If so , how far?
No, this does not zoom, only tilt and pan.
Yes it does use two fingers and move out or In on the pic on screen
Just got this and about to install, are you saying I can't record 24/7 even if I pay for cloud ??🙏🏼🙏🏼 That's the reason I got it.

Thank you for your reply! I ordered two Q3 Max (similar specs to Q1), will see how long the batteries are going to last. Greetings!
How to change the batteries ? Please share in detail
@@harif698 I don't know. I think this it is user replaceble batteries to be honest.

Sorry, no idea...

U can find the share option in the app but you have to register account on each mobile phone then share it.
Is the camera automatically rotates when a motion is detected?
No, only sends notification if motion is detected.
What is the max range from the wifi route?
It is comperable to a typical mobile phone's wifi range.
My camera died 😢 issue with solar charging
@sapbwguru Mine looks fine so far. Was this withing the warranty? Can you still charge it from a wall charger?
Sorry but this video did not help me. I need to know why mine doesnt record all the time. i cant get it to record at all.
Because it is a battery powered camera it can’t record 24hrs. It only records by motion detection.
