    Two words folks: Intensity. Frequency. Get ready because from now on the only guarantee is that BOTH of those will grow for these "severe" storms. The new abnormal is upon us, so arguing about the "causes" is a MOOT POINT.
    It does not take that much increase in intensity to rain carnage on places. Then ramp up the frequency and you have a real recipe for completely WRECKED economies and lives. BUCKLE UP.
