Beginners luck, let me match, & I made sure the paint was a match as well. My work brought the inspection down $1,000 an the home sail was approved. Happy New Year, Kirk. Just taking a moment to thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have learned a lot from you which is incredibly important to me since most of my career has been in brick and block. You have gone so far as to answer some critical questions I've had in the past. REAL STUCCO is something I have to truly work at to end up with a good finished product that lasts. And I am still, in a way, learning. So I wanted to let you know that whenever I ask ChatGPI or Perplexity---both excellent AI chat bots, a question about stucco they always return one or more of your videos!! That is simply amazing! And begs the question: Who needs artificial intelligence when there is Kirk Giordano?

@@Guardducks unusual question, I grew up really poor and ignorant in a ghetto where there were no jobs. Answered an add for a job paying 5 bucks an hour to hod carry. Answered it and got the job, I didn’t know at the time no one wanted it either as it was filthy, physical and toxic. Did it for two years and found out the plasterers were earning 4 times as much. When I asked why was told I was just-a laborer lacking skill, I mentioned I could do there job better then the could. They said try it, I did in a couple weeks I was as good as the best. growing up where I did I learned to use nunchucks like a master at 14.
