    Intentional is so critical for the FoW and for well being it helps reduce stress and burnout situations.

    Multinational corporations were doing virtual meetings and sessions since the late 1990's. But still had face to face sessions which helped develop the relationships and trust elements needed.

    Let's not forget those workers who have work in place with or without others like food makers, logistics personnel, field operators and others.

    Why does the office exist? For the factory bureaucracy ofate 19th and 20th century. Networks and atforms reduce this need of 100% face to face.
