Drawing a anime girl face in Flash

How to take a scanned picture / drawing and convert it into a swf graphic using Flash's drawing tools.
I show the process I used to take a sketch of a girls face which I scanned / took a picture of and brought into Flash.
Using the line drawing tool and the bucket fill I create an anime style portrait of a cute girl's face.
