My Advice to Marriott Vacation Club ... Timeshare Traveler Episode 201
I wanted to provide Marriott Vacation Club a list of what they should do more of to improve their program. I consider myself an experienced traveler and knowledgable of their program. But I also have some ideas on how the program could be better.
In this video, I go through the major opportunities for Marriott Vacation Club. I try to express the opportunity from a Client's perspective but also why it would be good for owners. The first opportunity is tfocus less on Wall street. The second is focus more on the customer. The third is new Features I would like to see. The last issue is how to can competitive to AirBnB.

Catering to Wallstreet usually puts short term profits ahead of long term sustainability. OK if it is your favorite sandwich chain like Qiznos, not so much when you're tied to it with contracts.
Precisely. I noticed that there was no growth in the customer base and any increase was due to pushing up prices on customers. I would like a little more customer.
@@timesharetraveler If I remember correctly, Wyndham isn't growing their customer base either, but that customer base is buying more timeshare. That's the difference, maintaining a product that people want more of.
I do think they are gaining traction more than Marriott. Hilton seems to be gaining. The sales people in Hawaii said hgvmax made a huge difference

Which top three Hawaii resorts would you recommend? We’ve never been and are considering for our extended family. We just purchased the presidential level
For Maui, I would choose any of the Westin's over the Marriott. For Kauai, I would choose Westin Princeville for a tropical setting or the Marriott Kauai Lagoon or Kauai beach club for a sunnier stay. Bit Island, the only choice is the Marriott in Waikoloa. There are reviews for all of these on my channel. Not gone to any on Oahu since it is mostly a big city feel Like Miami.
