Wear Roman armour before you go to North Sentinel Island. Or wear SWAT armour and attempt to explain yourself, learn their language even. Medieval armour can work as long as you're mobile but it seems more intimidating and they can steal it for their use if they attack you, giving more incentive to attack you. Don't harm any of them coz that's trouble and unreasonable. They're just scared, you don't wanna give them legitimate reason to hate you.

If you know the history of the Sentinelese you’ll understand they’re not just scared of outsiders, they outright hate them lol.
Although the weird stuff the British did to them was generations ago I bet the oral history is still very strong among the locals, which is why they kill anyone who comes close.
If you have armor you would be able to survive the first volley of arrows sure. But who’s to say they wouldn’t be bold enough to just rip your armor off and beat or spear you to death. Miles has cheated death many times but I’m not sure if he will come back from North Sentinel Island if he ever goes there.
