I know my mums cooking like the back of my hand. I lived in the USA for 6 years (work related), and didn’t have the opportunity to go back to the UK in all that time, so when I ate my mums food I cried like a baby. Indian food, much like every Asian dish, is different from family to family; and you know your mums recipes. Lol
