A little constructive criticism here. First, good job on the cable kits - I used to own a pair of 1200 Mk IIs years ago. Kind of wish that I would have kept one of them. I also spent several years in the Air Force working avionics and went through soldering school. I still work electronics today and occasionally have to solder.
You have a little too much solder on those pads/wires. You should have a concave fillet on the sides of the wire. In other words, the wire shouldn't be totally covered in solder. Ideally, you would be able to see the individual strands of the wire when it's soldered to the pads. Also, the flux is for wetting action and aids to remove oxide, helps spread the solder across the joint and can help with preventing the reformation of oxides.
    Other than that, great job!
