After having nasi lemak, try our other local dishes like eating lontong, lemang with rendang, nasi dagang, ikan patin gulai tempoyak, laksam, laksa penang, laksa johor, laksa kedah, laksa pahang and laksa Sarawak (breakfast of the gods), mee kolok, mee rebus, mee goreng sotong mamu...Enjoy!

Wahh nasi lemak..my favourite food also. Both of you are expert at eating spicy sambal. I like to have nasi lemak with kangkung as well but hard to find sometimes. Kangkung is morning glory, also called water spinach.
I think the quail egg is cooked like sweet and sour using tomato sauce.

13:38 Yes sambal with a little sourness is the best, I think most recipes will include tamarind in it, now thats the true umami kick that complements perfectly with the rich and aromatic nasi lemak, the taste will hit u at the jaw.

When I go out have a good nasi lemak I bring my own zucchini bcos most of the stalls serve 1-2 pieces of cucumber infact is not enough to balance the meal .. I cannot don’t take veges cos we need balance meals each time
