straight up a mix of fear, anxiety and concern

The best way to describe this: A conglomerate song which builds up and hits its climax, only to then keep on building, building building, hitting a new climax each time as if it were merely hitting checkpoints in the middle of a marathon.

Yeah that pretty much sums up the feeling as a whole, taking the 3 most suspenseful themes and putting them together
Actually, the fact that it keeps building up never to climax is exactly like how the wither storm works.
Consuming until there is nothing left
PHASE ONE:
0:01
You dont know what's after you, or where it is. You just hear this theme when you walk into a room. Your objective updates- run. You'll need to solve the maze, albiet a not-very-long one to not kill the tension. If you are caught, you simply die, in order to not reveal it yet.
PHASE TWO:
0:50
You leave the maze. A small room lies ahead. Your objective updates- hide. Sprinting to the room, there's a closet, a bed, a wardrobe, and a locked door. You will need to hold your breath, and also make no noise through your microphone. It picks up that noise. (A little meter would be shown indicating how loud you can be.) You only get glimpses of its decayed legs, one of flesh and one of steel. Depending on how quick you cleared the maze, notes will be available to find that will give you information. (lore, basically)
PHASE THREE:
2:00
You reach a larger room. It's rounded, but not circular, tentacles poke out from the walls, and there are four on the ceiling. A hole lies in the middle. You can hear a faint pig squeal as you enter the room, which is painted a fleshy and otherworldly mix of pink and purple. Falling in the hole kills you. You take a few steps and the room- and it's tentacles- come alive. You need to weave between them without being hit, as you will be sent into the pit. If you fail to do this fast enough, the monster starts following you. It's a mix of bone, decayed, blackened flesh, and robot. A mask is hanging from it's skull- that of a hideous white fox. Purple cloth can be seen still clinging to it.
Quick note before phase 4- the music updates when you reach a room, not when the music reaches that point in the song.
PHASE 4:
3:45
After seeing just it's face when leaving Room 3, you enter a room that seems to be square. Walls guide you forward, not short enough for you to see past, but short enough for you to look over. The creature, however, towers over these walls. You can fight it, shooting at it's head when it appears, which turns it into a chase- or you can sneak around. All paths lead to the exit to help prevent player frustration.
When it gets to about half health, or you are done with the maze, it screeches in anger. You have but one objective now- survive.
PHASE FIVE:
You must do whatever it takes to escape this facility. It's lurking, either directly chasing you or attempting to sneak around and kill you via the ventilation. Multiple paths are ahead for you to explore if you wish, as they all lead to the exit. You must do whatever it takes; slow it down with acid, fire, smoke and smog- whatever it takes. It's a game of cat and mouse- and you're the hunted. You never beat it. Only escape it. And it watches...

Imagine you *_really feel like you should run_* but all you see are lights flickering on on the othher side of a dark, wide, abandoned hall: red, green, yellow squares, three pairs of two rectangular slits, and whatever other eyes from the other two that may be aglow, barely giving away any of their silhouettes.
And then the earth begins to shake, the walls begin to crack.
The whatevers-aglow-from the Prowler/Mangle "Jr" approach at aggressively rapid speeds, all as it seems the hall is collapsing in on itself.
Um, yeah, run. Run _right the fuck now, and don't look back, unless you want to see one of those pairs of rectangular eyes GONE and replaced with a purple square with a beam coming out of it--_

Whoever the hell thought this was a good idea deserves a fucking oscar, the pure fear and dread as well as the build up as absolutely terrifying yet amazing
