Thank you for watching! Getting a resistant partner to buy-in can be very difficult. You might find our video, "How To Deal With a Defensive Partner" helpful. ruclips.net/video/Lku7UTSvSwM/видео.html Another thought is, I have found that acknowledging something your partner would like to see you change can often be a helpful way to get them to open up about a thing you would like to see them change. Sometimes giving a little to your partner can help encourage them to focus a little more on you.
Another idea is to watch this video (Building Intimacy with Emotional Connection) along with the video on "Building Intimacy with Physical Touch" ruclips.net/video/cflitkLvJBg/видео.html together with your partner. This might help your partner learn more about your needs and how they relate to your partner's needs in a way they might better understand how to support you.
You might also consider seeking the assistance of a therapist or professional relationship coach to help you and your partner achieve your goals. I hope that helps! Thank you again for watching!
