Even though where I lived was more toward the Mediterranean side of the country, they seem to be more toward the Moroccan side in decor. I still have the camel saddle footstool my mother and father bought me. I love the Moroccan decorating because it is a connection to my past that I cherish.

They kept all the remains after they won the war at the end, hence the color and arch influence.
