29-28 Kinzig imo. Rds 1 and 3. the only way to give r1 to Budka would be aggression as literally all the wrestling was soundly defended. But damage is the prioritized criteria and I think the few strikes at the beginning of the round (the heavy leg kick and a few hammerfists while defending the double, however tame) are more damage than anything Budka did. And rd 3 pretty self evident.
