I really want to thank all the people who made it possible for season 3 to come out just for this reason, 2024 is already a good year for me. Kimi ni todoke is by far the best shojo.
I might be overreacting but I tear up whenever I remember that there would be a season 3 because I had lost hope all these past few years lol :') i'm so happy that they are keeping the original cast too!

Kaichou wa maid sama was not that popular in Japan hence the lack of a second season so it won't happen.
@@jacks2249There are multiple reasons that go into the decision process. Also, we are in a different era now - so the popularity of the series in Japan alone isn’t as heavily weighted as it had been in years past.
Personally, I think other shoujo series should receive an additional season over Kaichou wa Maid Sama - but that’s down to personal preferences.
I'm so happy they kept the art style. It felt like no time has passed at all yet it's been 15 years. Can't wait for season 3! 🤧
I'm a 45 year old guy. Never into the teen romance/slice of life genre, but Kimi Ni Todoke will always be my number 1 anime ❤

I was already well into my 20s when i first watched this. I fell in love with it and I watch it often....the other day i heard of it having a season 3 coming out and I swear my eyes teared up and i had such happiness like an good old friend came to visit after an very long time.

Digo lo mismo, kimi ni todoke es mi lugar seguro, ver uno de sus capitulos es como un abrazo para el alma, la pureza e inocencia del primer amor, las primeras amistades... Es simplemente conmovedor y esperanzador. Es refrescante y calido a la vez.

this remains ONE of the best shoujo's out there. i've cried, laughed, screamed, and cheered while watching both seasons. kimi ni todoke has some of the best tropes & character development i've seen in shoujo. it's a classic and i'm so glad we're all getting a third season after so long. thank you Production I.G.

kimi ni todoke is my favorite favorite series of all time, i've read the mangas from start to back too many times to count and i'm so happy that the anime's getting a new season aaaaah!!!
Just so people are aware, the only reason it took longer was because the manga didn’t even finish till like 2017! There simply wasn’t enough content to animate when season 2 ended

I’m so happy this anime is getting a season 3. It’s so nostalgic for me, despite not liking how slow pace everything was. But despite that, it just reminds me of how simplistic, ordinary, yet important everything seemed to be while growing up. Hopes were high, and you had your specific friends that you believed you could take on the world with. Days like that, where things seemed more sincere, where it wasn’t just about money 24/7 or feeling like conversations have been reduced to “catching up”, or how work mainly takes up all your time. Those memories are bitter sweet, painful to remember but worth cherishing all the same.
finally my YEARS of waiting paid off...(i could cry) they even reanimated the previous moments which is hard to distinguish. it's very appreciable that, they strictly followed the previous animation style. can't wait for the full season to drop...AAAAAAAAA

Man, i watch this anime with my uncle while he is still 17 y.o (i'm still 5 y.o at that time). Now he's already married and have 2 childs. What a memorable anime❤

Started watching the first season earlier this week and it’s very chill and sweet. Kuronuma is such a pure soul and genuinely nice guy Kazehaya is like proto-Shima from Skip & Loafer. But my favorite characters so far are Yano and Yoshida, the brash delinquents who have Kuronuma’s back.

I literally got so excited when I found out there was going to be a season 3 for this anime. This anime was the best one I’d ever seen and I was a bit sad when it ended but now I’m so happy to realize that there will be more. I thought about there being different voice actors which I didn’t want to happen but I’m glad to find out their the same. Thank you for all you hardwork for this anime. This is my favorite since the beginning, I hope that you guys can improve on what you’re working on towards this audience. I’m so happy for this new season! ❤️

Hm, the flashback scenes are made by the studio for S3. I know this because the dialogue timing and the angles chosen for the climax of the bullying arc in S1 were much more (melo?)dramatic, it was clear they were yanking on heart strings. This time around, it's simpler and to the point.
The 3rd season will be differently directed, that much is certain. But I kinda liked the emotional depths that they were willing to go to in S1, so hopefully they don't try to cut back.
Finally they remembered that they have to make 3rd season as well. But i am so happy that they are making it finally 😭✨️. One of my most favorite anime
