no lie i'm super surprised you did a hollywood undead song, ive been a fan of yours for almost a year now and a fan of hollywood undead since swan songs. even tho i'm happy you did this song, better mental songs would be like bullet, coming back down, dark places, believe, pour me. crazy thing is they were my first concert ever back in 2011. and i got to meet funny man, and da kurlz.
My first concert was HU, probably 2011 as well. Right after American tragedy came out
Paradise Lost is such an underrated song by them. If you react to them again, that is the song to check out.

for context I've chosen to do a copy pasta from the hollywood undead wiki, that tells the following:
J-Dog touched upon the song in an interview with Artist Direct. He stated, "Black Dahlia" is obviously an old Hollywood tale. It's about a girl who was brutally murdered and cut up. Anybody who has ever been in a relationship and gone through some fucked up shit-like we all have-sometimes wants to kill the other person in the worst way possible. People are just scared to say it. So we did a song about how everyone really feels but doesn't want to say.
Johnny 3 Tears also spoke with Artist Direct about the song. "For us, I know why we wrote the song. It's based on our own situations with that. It's that classic story. You like someone so much, and then they leave and you feel like you could kill them. J-Dog titled the song. He's fascinated with old Hollywood. He does a magazine called Hollywood Land. He's studied how Hollywood developed into what it is. I don't even know what a Dahlia is. That's an emotion a relationship can bring out. I've never felt like stabbing someone's eyes out until I went through that experience. We just made it as graphic and real as possible. It's a real love song. "
J-Dog and Johnny chose Black Dahlia as one of five essential Hollywood Undead songs in 2017 mainly because how personal it is to them. They were living together, felt depressed and had little to no money. They had to take turns of eating when they recorded their verses.
This is my favorite song from them thank you for covering them. Always love the content you put out🙏❤️

Hollywood Undead is well known for their party songs but they have a good collection of deep songs that hit on some human emotions and human relations
Probably my favorite thing about this band honestly, they market themselves as these carefree rappers who just want to have sex and objectify women and when you go deeper turns out they’re actually such amazing songwriters and most of their stuff other than the singles is very profound

OMG Hollywood Undead yes!! I'd recommend the following songs if you plan to do more from them, I think you'd have fun doing these: Circles, Bullet, S.C.A.V.A, Outside, Live Forever, Broken Record, Your Life, Live Fast Die Young, Nightmare, Worth It, Alright.
S. C.A.V.A. definitely one of my favorite songs of theirs. They’re super cool guys, I met them at a show and got my picture taken with all of them.
I'm new to this channel but my boyfriend introduced me to your reactions to the Twenty One Pilots songs, and I just came here to say that I cannot believe how into their music you were after just 30 seconds of listening to it! I thought that was amazing! Oh but seeing someone react in such positive ways to something I love just made me so so happy I swear I had tears in my eyes. I recently went to one of their shows in August in St. Paul (my first concert in fact) and it was the absolute best. I was beyond nervous being in such a huge crowd but as soon as the show started I forgot about everything because their shows are just so phenomenal, I just cannot recommend them enough. I especially couldn't believe how *accurate* your thoughts were on the songs you listened to, I was sitting on my couch smiling and just being like 'yesssss finally somebody besides my sister who GETS it'! To be completely honest, I didn't think that someone a little older like yourself could be such a fan of their work but I'm so glad you are. Whether you see this comment or not I just wanted to express my gratitude for being a fan and making those videos. If you do go to one of their concerts, I would love to see a video about your thoughts and how it went. Also I recommend you listen to Kitchen Sink (an older song) or Choker (from the new album Scaled and Icy). It stands for 'scaled and isolated' from the song Redecorate.

I didn't know you did this!! Hollywood Undead is one of my favorite bands period. While not all tracks are this deep, they hit hard
Cutting makes you think its helping which is why its so addicting. Its only a temporary fix. It doesn't change what happened, you need to start from the core out to try a levitate some of the pain. You need to heal from the inside out. Cause cutting is only getting your mind off the mental pain and replacing it with the physical pain and its only until those cuts stop hurting because then the physical pain stops and you're still left with that emotional pain and its just a toxic cycle. Been there done that

Black Dahlia has been my favorite track from Swan Songs since I was eight, and I'm twenty-three now.
I recommend checking out Nightmare by Hollywood Undead. It has very similar vibes about how living your life is a personal nightmare

I’ve been through therapy twice now in life, I’m 23. I’d say both times were about 6-8 meetings/session before my reason for going was ‘fixed’ in one way or another for lack of a better term. Try it if you think you need it.

This song reminds me of myself in some ways 😌 lol I joined the infantry after high school in 2009 1st platoon A.Co 126 I'm now a disabled vet T.B.I my rehabilitation was at Craig hospital I've lost almost every I wanted I pushed the lady I'm in love with because I can't work or drive she is engaged now😑it's hard to swallow she is everything I want on this earth but I'll never give up and hope things get better
