- Aerobic Training Adaptations:
❤️ Your heart gets bigger. Specifically, we can expect up to around 80ml of increased heart chamber volume to help you pump more blood to your muscles.
You also get more efficient at delivering oxygen to your muscles.
📈 At rest an untrained individual needs to pump around 5.7L of blood per minute. A well trained endurance athlete may need to pump only around 4.2- 4.4L per minute.
We also see an increase in maximal blood flow per minute (cardiac output) from around 20 L/ min for untrained individuals to around 35L/ minute for well trained endurance athletes.
👍🏼 All of this helps you do more intense cardiovascular training for longer.

A larger heart will have trouble pumping blood efficiently because it has thicker ventricular walls thus making it work harder and faster overtime to keep up
For how much time should i do cardio ?
Like 20,30 or 40 minutes
I usually do 30 min daily.
15 min treadmill , 10 min cross trainer , 10 min cycling and 15 min jumping skipping
To increase my speed should I run more miles and make my Aerobic base more strong ?🗿

You need to run the distance you like faster so if you currently run 1k in 4 minutes do it in 3.5 etc but slowly reduce the time or fast depending on how much effort you wanna put in
