Syncing Outlook Tasks to iPhone

Kim, just tap on any blank spot under the "Tasks" heading to create a new task. You'll notice that it syncs almost immediately with your Outlook tasks -- that should also hold true for deleted or complete tasks.

This is a seriously useful video for people who have Exchange powering their Outlook [likely to be corporate users]. Shame so many thumbs down. One interesting thing I notes was that sync iphone to Outlook was near instant but from Outlook to iPhone it was 5-10 delay.

I am not able to have my alert work properly for those reminders synced from the Exchange Server on my iPhone.
Any idea for this issue?
