Are you using 2018? I've been using the control-O for awhile but I updated and it wasn't working. How long has that been in there? I'm not sure about the computer I was using.

    • @PhotoshopTrainingChannel

I am using CC 2018. But that keyboard shortcut has been around since before CS6.

    • @naritcom

Did you use Ctrl+0 (zero a number) or Ctrl+O (a letter) they are very close on the keyboard and easy to mistype

Newbie here.. followed your tutorial. Great results! BUT am I able to save this layer and use it on future photos?

    • @kiraleechampneys9041
      @kiraleechampneys9041 4 года назад

yes, and there are 2 ways to do this. *1* Save it as a psd file (save with all the layers intact) and you can open it later, use the move tool to drag the snow onto a new photo. *2* You could also save it as a regular jpg, but change the blending mode back to "normal" so that the saved image has the black background and white spots. When you add it to a new photo, just change the blending mode again.

    Dear Jesus,
Best wishes for YOU in 2024.
    HAPPY NEW YEAR.
I like your photoshop lessons very much.
I have a question about Adobe photoshop function of ‘Filter.’
My PC is on OS of win.11.
In Adobe photoshop, there is filter> filter gallery menu.
I had an odd experience and still remain not resolved.
I have two image files, both 500kb in png format.
Image file_A can access filter gallery for a specified effect application.
Image file_B cannot use filter gallery as it does not activated on file_B.
Would you explain what makes the difference between image file_A and image file_B?
How could we make file_B like file_A in case of filter gallery applying?
    Waiting your response,
from JaeOk CHA, Ulsan, KOREA, Republic of
