This is what I have been looking for almost 2 yrs. I use to make so many cuts on my video to match the audio. Basically I can record a real person talking naturally, then transcribe it with timestamp, then have the AI speak at the right time to match what's shown on the video
I've tried it out: English to German translation, corrected the subtitles, and then subtitles to speech. It worked great. Unfortunately, piper has only three voices for German speaking women. I wanted to try Tortoise TTS, but it needs a manual install with python etc... which is somewhat complicated. How can it be integrated with Subtitle Edit? How can one add additional voices (also for Piper)? It would be great if a video came out explaining this.
This voice model in medium text to speech quality convert 87 minutes movie in 7 hours and 31 minutes. I tried made the same in powershell it takes 20 minutes but he reading time stamps from srt file and I can't get ried of it. Could you record a tutorial about this Thank you very much.
