This pug life series has been great for me. Reminds me of when I would watch Preach play all the different specs in legion with his TDPs. I’ve been missing content like this ever since preach stopped making a lot of wow content. Glad you are doing it. Would love to see demo lock on here at some point as well.

Survival is super fun, even if you don't bother with the macro, still giga damage. Foregoing mongoose bite doesn't really matter in my experience, as mongoose bite only does more damage if you are able to maintain it, so while it is a dps gain on ST, it tends to be a dps loss at lower add count (when aoe strike is on cd (or less than 3), forgot the name for a sec). Spec is super mobile and fun, short cooldowns, only thing hit and miss is surviving sometimes, but the 10% leech does help in healing back, and you tend to be high on vers anyway.
Hey vesperal ! Great video! You should try frost dk next , I think it might be the least played specc out of all of them in m+ , recently been lvling 1 and having great fun but no idea how it will do in m+ so would be a lot of fun to watch!!

No damage there .... instantly dies to something else. gotta love it.
tbh as survival i dont even use the 2min cd build and it works better imo, fury of the eagle is up almost every pack

Old surv is Black arrow, explosive shot, serpent sting on multi shot. Dont ever get my hopes up like that again...

For missdirect there is a WA which is pretty nice called something the line of Smartmisdirect
you can set your party frames to put tanks on top, so your macro can just be @party1 instead of copy/pasting a billion dif names

There is a weak aura that auto copies tanks name to tricks and misdirect. It also misdirects to pet when you're solo.
The No CD SV is maybe less than 1% less damage. You won't have the peaks that the CD build has but no worrying about the Coordinated Assault Macro or wasted CDs on packs that don't live long enough or holding CDs too long.
Is it anything like SL surv?

You don't channel FotE for a single tick. You channel it in ST for as long as it takes to get back 2 charges of bombs; if that happens to be 1 tick then that is why you'd do it for only 1 tick.

play the noCD build, sims higher for dungeons - more dam and you don't have to mess about with the dumb macro (CA isn't a good CD either and you have damage for any and all packs/bosses, especially good for pugs)
doesnt feign death work the same as shadowmeld on Rezan? No matter who is targetted it does stop it if just someone in the grp uses meld/feign/vanish.

@Torell90 yes feign death completely negates the mechanic.
Pretty sure they fixed meld and invisible for breaking pursuit on other players now, last few times on my mage it hasn’t worked even after the cast has gone off of course
Feign Death is working only for hunter if targeted.

Main feral stuck at 3.1k, 'cause nobody wants a feral in their key, alt surv stuck at 3k for the same reason, pretty much.
Run your own keys my man! It's tough but that's life as non meta classes sadly.

Thanks for the videos! SV is fun but for me.. im waiting for the time without Butchery, i hope their change the playstyle to shadowlands season 3 and 4. But with more survivability.. this Avoidance stack as a "mainstat" was awful
