As I got the help need I realized who were my real friends and who needed to distance myself from them. It was hard but I got through it. I would like to see more videos where your doing something that makes you laugh your butt off! So we can get a laugh out of it too! Or you trying some new hobbies or activities you haven't done on your channel before. It would add some spice and I think trying things you haven't done before would be healthy. Those looping thoughts can feel so restricting, replaying feelings alone, projecting what you think they're saying or doing with others, feeling that it's all so unsolvable and heavy on you, still, those thoughts can dissipate, they are transient and ever-changing, you are what you focus on and you are so young and open for so much in your life to come, let them talk at the table because it says more about THEM as people, sadly they hurt and need to put you down, take you out, care and love flows and it shouldn't feel like work or one-sided, yet as you expand and grow and heal and reflect on yourself and live life they will be silently watching you on this channel as you grow and learn to live with all of what you are, that's what makes people interesting, it's not the perfect happiness, it's not snobbery or empty purpose, it's the life lived, it's the fight in you! why not break up? why not learn about yourself and what is truly important for you to be fulfilled? Vitamin D everyday. The sunshine vitamin, give it a try for a week. Like any form of medication it won't fix your problems but hopefully alleviate the sometimes disproportionate response to common problems.
Hi, i suggest more a psychoterapist, than a psychiatrist. And don’t be scared, therapist is just a person like you and I. :) Also, you can greatly benefit from therapy, it can make you grow and help to understand more about yourself, your relationships with others. I wish you all the best!
