they are just awesome, so lovely to see them outside, I have a blue that I got in February, still very shy. but slowly slowly.. can you please tell me whats on the spoon? this might help me with him.
What kind of camera do you use? It’s extremely well shot. I watch a lot of parrot videos and they’re often poorly filmed. And your parrots are so cute!
+Imran Chaudhry lol mine is 5 years old now and a boy he got one of his wings clipped by previous owner when he was a baby and they never grew back, hes very active and happy all the time lol.
+vikrant jadhav clipping wings is just like cutting hair. as long as you don't hit the blood feathers, it's painless. clipping wings is used in wild ringneck pets so that they don't kill themselves by flying in fear into windows, mirrors and other house objects. it's for their own safety. plus, they become more tame and dependent on you. that is, if you want to keep them as pets. regardless, they must be given a lot of attention and care, and housed in a proper environment.
despina ciurea sometimes clipping the tips of wings provides with less push and flying on short distances only. on the bad side, if you clip too much, the bird can fall really bad. it all depends on the bird, really. you need to watch the normal flight to see if the parrot spooks fast and hits walls and windows, and then you may clip a bit. if he flies just fine, there's no reason. my blue indian ringneck for instance, flies perfectly as it is, sometimes spooks and hits the window but so far he hasn't got hurt. if my dad comes, he will go crazy, he almost broke his head inside his cage flying around being scared. my dad is almost gone for the whole day and he doesn't exactly see him a lot. he thinks he is a threat. I will not clip his wings not even a little, because the breeder I got him from never let him out and he is quite wild. I will have a lot of trouble training him, he doesn't sit on the training bar at all. we have this huge mirror that he is obsessed with, and I try to cover with papers which he easily destroys... he sometimes flies into that as well. hard. like I said, it all depends on the parrot. mine is too intelligent for his own sake, he will resent me for even not letting him out one time, let alone clip his wings.
Their feathers will always grow back regardless. People do this to keep their untamed birds from flying into windows and mirrors in panic to keep them from killing themselves.
I died a little inside when Archimedes said, "Is it yummy?" when Devri got an apple slice.

despina ciurea You're dumb.
No clipping does not hurt if done properly. It is like cutting nails
U Never Know If Their Feathers Will Grow Back Or Not .....😖😔🙍😢😥😦😧 PLZ , FOR ALLAH'S SAKE , DON'T CLIP WINGS BY CLIPING FEATHERS. .🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Apparently, a haircut hurts you? They don't cut the blood feathers, silly.
