I tried Meridia's Retribution. My smithing and enchanting is maxed out. While it looks great, its damage is horrible. And that's with Enchanter's Elixir and Blacksmith's Elixer + 4 pieces of 27% better smithing armor.
Did you see how many times I had to hit that vampire before it exploded? Either way, it should be easy to fix using the creation kit. I do love that 🔥 effect
