Customising the home screen copy.
On the Sharp mfp, the home screen can be customised to suit your needs. Buttons can be moved, added or removed, and shortcuts for regular jobs and tasks can be created. To set up a shortcut, you’ll need to programme your job on the machine. Once the job is set how you wish it to be, press programme registration, register current settings in the right hand side menu. Choose a number to register and enter a name for the new button, press OK. Then press register for home to display your new shortcut on the home screen, pressing register for favourite will put the on new programme into the favourites folder. You will then be prompted to put in the admin password, enter this password and press OK. Registration is completed will be displayed, press OK. You will now find your newly created shortcut on the home screen in the next available space.
