seola's explanation about the mv's ratio
- the mv begins at a 4:3 ratio, it's boxed and small, signifying how it starts off suffocating and restrained
- as it ends, it becomes 16:9, a wider view- depicting that when you break free, the world becomes bigger for you to navigate

@@MinteeMusic the group social media is still somewhat active, remaining 8 members under sse did a seasons greetings promo. it has been silent otherwise. fwiw i don't think they will release music together again, unless it is an anniversary release, à la snsd/kara/rainbow.

@@MinteeMusic - No, WJSN continued as 10 members even after the C-line did not return to the group. Their contracts were renewed last year except for Luda and Dawon, who did not sign new contracts with Starship. However, Starship management made it clear that even though they did not sign contracts, they are STILL considered members of WJSN. Whether this means they will participate in future releases or promotions is unknown.
I feel like we’re lacking/loosing this sound in Kpop in terms of title tracks😭 someone mentioned that they liked how this didn’t sound like something to be danced to on tiktok as a trend and it just makes so much sense to me😭 like imagine if this was sung by any really popular group in the big 3/hybe or WJSN I feel like it could inspire companies to back to this concept. So I’m happy she put this out it sounds lovely and some what refreshing

Is that just your assessment of things? Because unless you have the artists or songwriters making official public statements to back up this ridiculous idea, I'm going to call it BS. In fact, the songwriters would probably be insulted to think they're being accused of just writing music to satisfy some kind of TikTok challenge trend. ANY song can be made into a challenge, even old ones that existed before TikTok. And for the record, TikTok is social poison and should be banned.

STARSHIP, it cost so much to promote it right? This song is incredible, Seola is talented, she has a beautiful voice, she worked hard on her debut to receive little? Focusing only on those who would provide immediate feedback at that moment is not the best option. Cravity, WJSN and sub-units, Monsta X etc have been forgotten forever. If organized correctly, all groups and soloists would be well promoted and receive the recognition they deserve.

- The 10 chairs and candles can represent the current 10 members of WJSN.
- The blue butterfly, was used previously to represent the 3 chinese members in their song Save Me Save You & La La Love. WJSN's song butterfly was allegedly going to be the song where they would return to the group but instead became an unofficial goodbye as YueHua Entertainment quietly pulled out of the project. Blue butterflies have a lot of meaning and symbolism as well. ( you can see in releases after butterfly would not mention YueHua Entertainment )
- The clock and time imagery is related to their lore when they were participating on the show queendom 2 and somewhat in their MVs there have been time imagery too.
(Not really related, but it's a fun fact. In the As You Wish MV, there were 9 clocks on the wall, which coincidentally aligns with As You Wish being their 9th album release)
