    Do you think your system could be used for a baker?
    It works for a pizza baker for sure, I’m thinking of a baker that does multiple styles of bread or pastries.

    No soy sauce? Or, can it be added bvb before eating. Would soy sauce, fish sauce, or some kind of oriental sauce make it seem more like Chinese fried tuna rice?

    I will make this. I like to eat tuna on occasion. I would eat more if mercury was not a concern. Great source of protein and easily digested.

      Even at the high end, mercury levels in tuna are so low you'd have to eat around 20 cans in a week for it to be a cause for concern.

      @ really? I will have to look into that. My doctor warned me about the mercury. Thank you.
