The interview was pre-recorded and edited, and then sent to the broadcasting station, from the location of the interview. It was not broacasted from that exact building, because one I doubt it's fitted for it, and two, even if it was there Snowden said he walked there. So now they have some random coordinates in Moscow to work with that is not the home of Edward Snowden.
Snowden even said they should already know where he is, and I think that assumption coming from a former NSA agent is fairly reliable.
