The Lat Phrao night market

The Lat Phrao night market operates non-stop, from the meat stalls ready for sale, to the cutting stations of the animals which arrive by the truckload.
We don't see any flies or mosquitoes, they must have died from the heat. No strong smells either! On the other hand, there is blood on the floor, it slips, it shines!
In the meat market, they will cut all night for the day's sales: We must provide Bangkok, the megacity, with enough to feed 11 million inhabitants and 22 million tourists per year!
Dissection of the head, and while the butcher cuts, I look at the eye of this beast, still fresh and alive, and crying blood! I feel like I'm making a horror film!

Here, the meat has taken on its “customer” aspect, the animal has disappeared into the anonymity of the slice of meat. End of the episode, end of the night!
