Hello, thanks for details to export the dataset file but have below query please let me know:
if dataset files are under folder object of TC but it is not downloading the dataset files under folder, for example
Parent_DocObj_TC
- Child1_folder_TCobject: dataset1.txt, dataset2.pdf
-Child2_folder_TCObject: dataset3.txt, dataset4.pdf
executed the transfer mode on Parent_DocObj_TC so it is not downloading the Child1_folder_TCobject and Child2_folder_TCobject
Please let me know

hello Thanks for this useful info.is it possible to traverse a BOM, but stop the traversal from going down a branch where a property is a certain value, Alternatively can we allow the whole BOM to export to PLMXML, but then use XSL to do some work?

Its a good info, but you need to select everything before. It would be better if you can select multiple items, and he export the datasets like ugmaster or word

Yes. You can export any dataset.

@@ThinkPLM Your video only treats the dataset. What about if I have a full BOM with some items containing Catia V5 models. Will the PLMXML export both the BOM as well as the related Catua V5 models?

Select the top level assembly and send it to structure manager then click on it top level item then do PLMXML export use the same transfer mode this will export all the datasets related to that BOM.

Make sure you are trying the export in structure manager on Top level assembly

There are two ways you can solve it:
1. Create a custom query for item type with status released and run the query. You can export all the datasets attached to item revision at one go.
2. Create a custom closure rule in PLM/XML administration.
