- Here is a quick look at the Softube Kerry King Signature plugin. After watching the latest episode of Keith Merrow's "Down to the Merrow" I thought I would download the plugin and check it out. After about 40 minutes, this is one of the only tones I got out of it that I really liked. Definitely try this one before you buy it!

Hello. The sound is super. But I don't know what else is needed for this - except for the program itself and a laptop / computer. How is it all done?: Install the Softube Kerry King program > Plug in headphones > Plug the guitar through a 3.5mm adapter into the microphone input and that's it ...? Or what else is needed?
I don't know if it's something that you did intentionally or if it's default for the plugin but to me it sounds like the edges have been significantly smoothened as to be made more easily added to the mix.
I like it, it's at least better than Keith's lol
