It kind of is. You hear a faster version of it when Donald and Goofy help Sora defeat Xehanort. It’s short but it’s there and it hits you in the feels.
As I recall, this was basically the end credits score in the original game. Most of the major Kingdom Hearts games have a unique orchestrated piece like this one as a majestic conclusion to the game. I believe KH3 had it's own special conclusion piece during the credits as well. By the way, I really like this too, and I wish Shimomura would use this theme for occasional cutscenes and such.
