I'll never forget meeting j hood when I was 13 years old. He came to a clothing store in my hood called C styles & he signed a cd for me and talked with me for a couple mins. I was a 13 year old white kid in the middle of the ghetto and he treated me just like everyone else and didn't look at me any differently and that made me fck with him that much more . For me J hood was one of the dopest rappers when I was growing up.

This happens too often in the black community. Our parents will leave us homes and we sell them to buy a nice car and continue to rent for the rest of our lives. I watched a whole historically black neighborhood change into a predominately white neighborhood because everyone who was passed down a home sold out. You’ll burn through 500k in a few years. But property can serve you for as long as you maintain it.

It's not that blaccs don't have those ideas as Hofffa said, but the real thing is most ideas we have , have more road bloccs in front of them. Example: a blacc man wants to open a weed clinic. Good idea, could do very well, a great investment...but the amount of red tape put before that blacc man would discourage him. Now any other nationality applying for the same licence would have less red tape and be up and running in 3 months. Just my thoughts.

The first 25 minutes can be answered from watching the B A I O Afrikstan vid of "How Jobs are Created"...but none the less Mecca was on point and also Math Hoffa.
What Black people need to understand is that in one of the ways we can attain power is owning the means of production aka the infrastructure. Why? Because infrastructure creates jobs. When you're building a bridge you need construction workers, you need an architect, you need people to operate the machinery. And guess what that's just beginning. Those workers also get hungry! That's where you'll build your restaurants and eatery. And this is all coming from just building a bridge and it's not even half of what needs to be done.
We need to face reality and understand that the other ethnicities have a country. Chinese have a China, Indians have an India, Irish have Ireland and so on. They have an END GAME, but we as black people do not. Where's our Africa to send money back to? Because having a business doesn't equal generational wealth, it doesn't mean you can circulate your money, because guess where that money is going back to when you pay taxes.... Back to America and you're supporting the American Agenda at the end of the day. You're just the middleman.
Another thing is I can't stand when we point out the few that make it out of the trenches to become successful as an excuse of, we can do it right here. Black people as a collective are not going to produce millionaire's and billionaires let alone six figures because the country's framework is design for the Majority not the Minority. So, yea we'll have a few black people that will rise but those are just a rose growing out of the concrete. We need fertile soil so that multiple roses can grow instead one or 3 every other season.
In conclusion, at the end of the day. The Solution to African Diasporans is Land, Infrastructure, and Nationhood in Liberia. Why because:
    1. Liberia was founded by freed slaves back in the slave era.
    2. It creates an alternative for black people to live, trade, grow their business, and have the support of SATELLITE Communications (aka Afrika Towns in the US and Globally)
    3. OWNERSHIP. Having a country of our own to adjust the constitution and government that aligns with us as the MAJORITY.
And MECCA is right, black people need ownership and most importantly organize, because right now there is no, WE, US, or OURS. and Math is right to a point. Connect with Like Minded people that share the same common goal. And if you need further understanding. Again, the B A I O Afrikstan vid of "How Jobs are Created"

13:10 This brother Is wrong. (Roc Nation) (Bad Boy) ,(Dreamville), (Death Row), (Def Jam), (Mass Appeal,) (CMG,) (MMG,) etc. Are all subrands. A subrand Is a brand that Is under a parent company which is either Sony, UMG, WMG, EMI, and these parent brands all control and run each and every record label I mentioned that Is In parenthesis. So your Nas and your Puff's and J Cole's, Snoops, Jay-Z, they don't run nothing they are workers. But we being so small minded and gullible think we run the show when in reality your just a worker with your own so called brand under the yt man's major brand, smh. We again don't own nothing and Its sad thats why we need to do for self entirely because guys like Rick Ross and Yo Gotti they are nothing but workers who are to do all the foot work finding talent for the majors and for their finds they are paid by the majors.
