For university students their kids can have free kindergarten and schooling from university affiliated kindergarten and schools in china... No need to pay... Chinese kindergarten are best.. .. it's a lifetime great experience for kids.. yes due to halal food issue parents have to take care and it's a big responsiblity but if this matter settle then it's great..
You can discuss with your university... Many of my student friends in Shenzhen kids are having free kindergarten and school.. but yes in school they will not give enrollment number. But enrollment number is not a big deal because whatever hardwork kids do in the end they are not allow to get in enterance exams because foreigners are not allow ..
