We've ALL Been Whipped By A String Launcher. Man Does It Sting.
Edit: This is easily my most replied comment. Every other week I get some reply and I gotta say, that’s pretty funny. Anyway to address a few things:
1. People who say “I just fight through the pain” Honestly, props to you. That’s hardcore
2. People who say “Just hold onto the string” from what I’ve heard, that decreases the durability of your launcher and I also don’t like how it feels after years of launching without holding the string. Don’t do what the characters do in the anime, that’s probably not how you want to launch if you want your launchers to last
3. People saying they don’t have a string launcher. Damn I’m sorry I forgot about you folks. On the plus side, at least you’ve never been whipped by it
And I honestly don’t get whipped by it myself considering I have a launcher grip. I guess me from 3 years ago just thought this was a cool and relatable comment to make for those RUclips likes

18:35 i have this launcher and since i was uncomfortable i bought a grip and its just perfect in my opinion its one of the best
(in case you ask its my only launcher)
when i joined beyblade 2 years ago i bought a beyblade and a launcher then bought the grip which broke a few months ago. i bought a fake launcher with grip and it literally broke in like 4 launches. so i had no launcher (well i had but the grip was broken lol) and my friend gave me a grip now it feels even more powerful for some reason

My favorite is the long winded since I don’t have the revive Phoenix launcher and because the ripcord doesn’t lost power. On the string launchers, you can only pull a certain length while the long winders you don’t have a limit which gives you more power

@YeetTheYeeter letting go of it gives it more power because if you stop it it might not get the whole rotation in also if you just pull it hard until it stops it might break. If you have them you could just wear gloves

Man I remember the original bayblade and it's launchers, I had one of the old handle launchers, that you could slot the basic launcher into for a better grip.
I hate the usual launchers because
they don't have a good grip and they always fall down when i launch so i love the Sword launcher it's perfect for a strong launch

I remember getting the wind-up launcher before seeing any videos about it and I was thinking omg this is crazy! A launcher with a trigger like a nerf gun! But then I realized I wasted my money

If you check the rpm from a launch from the proto launcher and a regular Hasbro launcher the proto launcher actually does better probably because it has a short takara tomy light launcher rip cord which has more teath in a shorter distance, more resistance and has a lower chance of skipping teeth.

This is why I don’t use a strong launcher on Zwei Longinus. ONCE I launch Zwei Longinus really hard (only sometimes), ZWEI LONGINUS FREAKING JUMPS UP AND COMES OUT AND HITS MY LEG. It cut my leg and it was bleeding a bit.

The reason you lose clicks with digital sword launcher is that it spins so fast that when it gets in contact with air it loses clicks from the air resistance

The small blue one brings me back to 2nd grade when the burst series came out and everyone had one
Since I only have the small launchers I like to connect them to make my on grip
With the new hypersphere launcher I made the launcher like this from the ripcord slot to where the ripcord comes out
Hypersphere(red)->switchstrike(white)->slingshock(green)
Whenever I make a new grip, my fingers automatically get into a comfortable position
I broke my switchstrike launcher to make it a grip
12/2020: Good list, agree with most. One thing to pay attention to is how many turns the launcher makes over a given distance...say 12 inches. (or less in some cases.) For instance dual threat will make 7 revolutions over the same distance the new spark launchers will do 11! Some are geared higher or lower than others.

For me, I like the original sword launcher, the revive phoenix light launcher and the long winder lr launcher because they produce a good amount of power while maintaining ease of control... Although in terms of looks the of sword launcher is the better looking of the three I like

The dual threat launchers would be much lower if I ranked it, it breaks very often and I've had to get multiple new ones since the beys on it literally fall off

One problem I have had with all Takara Tomy launchers is they always brake after about 15 to 20 launches and btw Takara Tomy launchers are still hollow but they are hollow on the inside they are just like the Hasbro but they put a bottom on it but it is still hollow
Though since I'm stuck with the LR TT launcher I'll stick with it. Might get the Achilles launcher someday.

Here is a god hasbro launcher tip, if it breaks, unscrew the single screw to see if anything happened to the mechanism. A peice of the inside was broken off from mine, after it was taken out it was just a lower quality launcher.

Noah, I know how to fix the problem of how when you launch the normal string and it hits your hand and we have the same problem. After launching you should wait for a small amount of time, then release the string. This has solved my problem.

Takara Tomy launchers are obviously more expensive outside of Asia, and they’re actually similar prices to hasbro launchers where they’re sold and the manage to put in an easy 10x the quality and durability, although I’m not sure you even know how to multiply. So long story short, even though Takara Tomy might be more expensive, it’s much better for the price.

Using the full product name when naming the launchers on the video (written) would be extremely helpful. Or clearly stating the full product name while talking. Additionally, the word pacing is really fast. That said, this video is helpful as it did give me direction in what launchers to buy.
