I am writing this comment out of desperation. I typically don’t write negative reviews especially one in he place I live so dearly. However, I recently visited this hotel. The place is beautiful, had some major issues, but the most devastating thing that has happened to me as far as I can remember is that my wedding rings were stolen from my bedside table drawer in the hotel room. I am so heart broken and devastated now. I have contacted the hotel on numerous occasions and nothing but nonchalance is what I receive, no urgency, no compassion. I still have yet to receive my wedding rings. Please be aware of this hotel.
you should have called the police, im sure staff would have been called and checked, plus keep valuables in a safe,jamaican police dont play especially if you slip them a drinks money
I just have one question why didnt you put your wedding ring in the safe in the room or stash it in your suit case well hidden beneath your clothes or something ?
Where's your review of it though? It's just cut-up videos from other people and Tripadvisor reviews. I was expecting your own honest review and experience, not other people's...
Ugh. It looks cold and impersonal and not Jamaican at all. Hard pass. There are so many cosier spots in Negril and elsewhere in Jamaica where you can feel the real vibe.
I will never stop here again. Stopped in August they took money out of my account in September almost 3 weeks after leaving still waiting for a refund 25_10-25. 90%of staff are lazy.
I'm here now with my family. Truly the worst vacation we've ever had. The staff unconcerned and untrained, the buildings are unkempt. Do your family a favor, stay in Montego Bay and make Negril and day trip. Thus place is horrible.
I honestly can not agree..my husband and I had an amazing time there..staff is fantastic..the place is well kept and beautiful..we had so much fun! I’m sorry your experience sucked!
When your booking these hotels you need to consider the stuff These hotels doesn't treat their workers good $3 an hour an hour how can the staff be contented it's all plastic smiles
We just left there 2 weeks ago and we can not wait to go back. We had an amazing time!
I went there sometime ago.I had a wonderful time.Staff was friendly,room was clean & food was not bad.

Is the live music only for Diamond Club members? Hard to tell with the way the video is put together at that point

What if one is not diamond club ?…no real beach ocean view ….

Lies I've had one of the greatest experiences here at negril some people are never happy dont judge it until you experience it yourself period.
