fun fact: kanye made rick ross re-write his verse several months after the original version. seems to be the right call, as it's considered the best verse of his career.

Not true. He made him rewrite it at the same session. They were in Hawaii, Rick wrote a verse and after an hour, Kanye told him he could do better. So that’s when Rick Ross this verse you hear.

Nope, Ye didnt like Ross' verse much from Hawaii, months after the Hawaii production, Ye asked Ross to rewrite last hour before submitting the record for publishing.
