IIMs really don't go for Accreditation, i know it's a bit off to hear this. For example, many IIMs have AMBA and AACSB, IIM-C holds the triple crown, but IIM-A doesn't. In short, they are not bothered by Accreditation, perhaps they know, no matter what, every year they will receive Lacs of applications.
