Strategy & luck.. brute force only works for those who hyperinvest on 5 stars and even then, 1 wrong move and it's over..
thank you for making these videos and proving that there's nothing more valuable in a run than a good build and skills. i was worried about who i should pull for in 2.1, but your videos reminded me that wins are not made of numbers(well, expect maybe for the numbers of eidolons, but you got it).
This run actually helped me so much, it gave me so much insight into how i should defeat Sam. My strategy used to be breaking the toughness bar as quickly as possible (hypercarry ruan mei tingyun Jingyuan) but i ran into skill point deficiency and Jingyuan didnt act enough times to clear it. The thought of using Hanya never occured to me and she could both trigger the SP mechanic against Sam while generating SP for the team. I managed to do it with Hanya instead of Tingyun in just 20 cycles left

I was surprised to see that the DoT from killing Trotters actually shreds a substantial amount of HP, but given how tanky the enemies are, maybe it's to be expected for the sake of balance. And of course, it's Qingque again. Love to see her performance even in a condition where the enemies don't have Quantum weakness.
Ngl it is pretty hard. The dps check was raised by quite a bit especially on sam - since bleed from trotter is a fixed amount, and sam can resist trotter's dot too. Well trotter takes 200% more damage from basic attack - qq can abuse that pretty well!
Meanwhile takes about everyone else 5*s just to clear it 😅. Amazing job like always. Looking forward to you making character guides in the future for all the cast especially the 4 star ones
Wow that was amazing. I gotta admit, I was not used to your 4 star clears being slower than expected XD the previous ones were so fast it felt like all your 4 stars were 5 stars in disguise. Incredible job though, I'd never expect your second team to be able to clear MOC 12 :0
One of the most intense fight I've ever seen. I attempted an E0S1 Seele with Tingyun Hanya Lynx on this floor and barely clear it with 4 cycles XD. Lynx's heal wasn't enough so if Sam enter combustion State the 2nd time I'm doomed
1hp Serval was rad. Really, the whole Sam fight was so well calculated yet so scary in terms of survival 😳 And QQ is our favorite nuke gremlin as always ❤

Vonwacq has their own niche. Tbh not worth farming. But it's a good option to resin 1-2 set with er rope in your inventory! 5% er is good, and the 40% adv. forward can make your asta act like a weak ddd!

I instantly notice that too when recording, but decided nah it won't affect the cycles anyway. Sam has 50% control effect res - so you need an unreachable hit rate to guarantee freeze on him...
Unless you can kill or break fast enough, I'm not recommended welt here. Since sam's attack apples burn debuff. If you cannot clear fast enough, one loss of control will immediately kills your team. But if you can go for a fast clear, or rm+welt dps combo then yeah. It is a good idea to do welt!
imma try this moc with my qq mono quantum and dr ratio if i cant do it i swear ill be so dissapointed on myself (!although last one was easy after sparkle)
Your attack rope is the craziest attack rope i havé ever seen, 12.6% crit rate + 18.1% crit dammage should be illegal (i can Hardly get above 8% crit rate and 12% crit dammage on my ropes)
Yes you need to consume it and deal damage to him 5 times. Skill that doesnt deal damage doesnt count. Also if you have dan heng il, his yellow skin point counts too. Everytime you use red skill points your hp is reduced and in sam burning stage healing is reduced
@@lattetobloom8583 That explains why it took me so long to break him. At least Gepard is a good tech against him. SAM doesn't do a Lot of Damage due to how tanky he is. It's death by slow burn with no heals.

Aiya QQ has a really fast clear! Also march not landing her freeze alone cost me almost 2 cycles - because I cannot extend the break state at all and have to allocate so much SP to shield up...
Look at top left - you'll see the turn order there. Now see the number on that bar - if it shows 29 - this means you are on cycle 0 (n-1) if it shows 28 -> cycle 1. When you reach 0 (end of cycle 29) the fight end and you failed.

skill issue for me. i got all the 5 stars yet still can't 3 star MOC 11 and 12. brute forcing both 11 and 12 is not working no more

You need to use skill that is an attack skill to decrease his counter!

Sadly arlan cannot reduce sam's molten energy, plus arlan doesn't consume skill point so he does not benefits from secondary combustion at all.

You don't need QQ eidolon for this! It should be 4 cycle with e3 qq. And if you use a proper sustain you can go for 3c clear!

Yup, he has 50% control effect res. This is why I set my run up like this (so even if the freeze is fail - it's just a bit slower)
