I'm a Doctor's daughter and the same thing happened to me. I was horribly abused, when I said something, they had lawyer's and judges all on their side! I literally just left town!!

I've been a targeted individual for 58:ling hard years. I was abused from a invetro to this very second.
I went through the exact same thing! My ex's parents were community leaders and anything they said was gospel and anything had to say couldn't be true. I was being horribly abused and no way was they gonna let their golden boy be labeled a wife beater, alcoholic and drug addiction. It was a nightmare that has effected me and my children to this day.

My child was taken from me with no reason no explanation when was younger I barely slept a minute until I had him home. I fought and fought and fought. There truly is something sickening going on in the system

The same thing happened to me well there was an explanation but I proved all of their accusations false pretty much immediately and they still kept her for 8 months. They accused me of substance abuse (they specifically said they suspected I smoked Marijuana because they had a cps worker stalk me the day before they kidnapped her and I accompanied my boyfriend to a dispensery however I hadn't smoked Marijuana in ten years) and they accused me of untreated mental illness because I am diagnosed with depression and anxiety BUT I had offered the agent my doctors card which was to a mental health clinic I had been receiving services from for years, therefore my mental illness was indeed treated and they knew it so even after I tested negative for every drug on a hair follicle test and provided a letter from my psych doctor stating that I am mentally stable and there is no reason for me not to have my child they still kept her. I provided them the name and address of a friend when they said I had to give them one or else she'd go to foster care they waited the entire weekend and all of Monday to try and go see if his house was fit. I had just spoke to the agent who said he was on his way to my friend's house and would call me and let me know. 5 minutes later he called back and said it is "too late" for him to check and they now have to put her in foster care. After that they didn't allow me to see her for two whole weeks. When I saw her again she was covered in bruises, had contracted lice, had a deeply conjested cough, a bad rash, scratches all over and a sore on her mouth that looked like it was from dehydration. I called the police to report it and begged them to change her foster home. They did not. So for 8 months I went to every class and every visit, jumped through all of their hoops. Finally a wrote a letter to the judge saying that I've completed everything they've asked and there was no reason to keep her especially since I proved the allegations false, I attached records and certificates of completion and showed it to my lawyer, she scoffed and said it'd just make me look bad and not to turn it in. I submitted it to the court record anyway and at the very next hearing the judge ruled she would come home. They absolutely do kidnap children for nefarious purposes and my little girl is lucky she had a mom that fought and documented everything so they couldn't get away with their schemes or I truly believe she would have been sold off. They constantly talked about how cute she was, to a level that wasn't normal.
How can they take your child for no reason. I work for the state something had to be going on for them to come. I live in Saint Louis Mo.

My mother was an investigator for CPS and went on to be a Supervisor.
I went through hell growing up with her. Abuse, physical, mental and sexual.
And she used her position to threaten others, especially those that threatened to tell on her.
I'm 60 now, so this has been going on for decades already.
I wrote to the governor finally and she was forced into early retirement.
She got away with so much.

I was friends with a young lady who's mother works for CPS. She dabbles in meth and bribes her heroine addicted daughter with her oxy 's to mop her floor. She's so abusive and looks in to everyone's file. People she doesn't know and judges 🙄 it's gross. She always passes her drug test with Keiser. Gross
People don't shrug this off. There are many survivors coming forward that do not know each other and describe the same thing. I believe her. Prayers for all victims
I am one of those people and I am a nobody. I believe her because something similar happened to me. But no one got custody of my children. However my older siblings did not fair so well. She's telling the truth. My therapist told me this is the most common thing she deals with in her practice.

I was raised in foster care. Let me tell you, all they do is cause more issues. I wouldn’t wish foster care on my worst enemy. It’s so damaging to the whole family unit. It cause life long issues, that the foster kid has to deal with. No tools, no help. It’s insane. If you have questions, I have answers. Of coarse not all of them. But I can tell you from my own experience.

Well she should be thankful for her father or those kids would be in foster care. And chances are they wouldnt be together. CPS cant speak out because they have confidentiality. And so does John. Tell me what 76-year old man wants to be up doing infant feedings every two hours and chasing after for little kids? There's a whole other side we're not hearing.

They are a** backwards they will leave a child with someone who parents who make it clear they can't be bothered by the child then we hear about the child being murdered at the hands of the very person they left the child with....But then make it a point to go after children who are being fed, bathed, and loved like its a power trip!! It is pathetic I have witnessed these things first hand!! The whole organization needs to be revamped from the top to the bottom.... hire people that actually care and are not just there to collect a check they need to quit hiring their lazy cousins!!
It’s quit a bit different if your own family is helping to raise your child if the mother is strung out on something, but when your own parents are just there to nab your kid and stick them in a foster family is pretty bad , that’s their flesh and blood too 😏That’s punishment on the child and the parent … it’s not like they didn’t have the money to help out their own daughter geez!kinda sadistic really ! She’s 100% telling the truth. If you’ve had no history with these agencies and the legal system it does sound crazy. It’s true. This happens daily across the nation and no one is addressing it because it sounds crazy. Research this. It’s true. God bless her and I pray for her kids.

Actually, we can't say whether she is or is not telling the truth as we weren't there. While these agency display many problems, that doesn't mean it happened in this particular case.
The abuse going on by family law judges, attorneys, monitors, forensic psychologist is real. They play with parents and children for their own financial gain. They can take wonderful parents and create a nightmare that lasts for years. The law doesn’t matter in family law and if you have some connections at your disposal things most likely will go bad for you.

I wish I could share my story with her. I was stolen from my parents and trafficked. They weren’t famous, but I really think that our families would share several connections. It’s a deep dark hole and it is very real.

I remember when Adam was abducted I was 9 years old lived in Tampa Florida. I remember my grandparents really kept me closer and reinforced stranger danger.
I really wish I could talk to her. I had a very similar custody case with the family court and cps. The defamation of my character, taking my kids and giving them to my abuser. The corruption of my custody case caused so much trauma for my children and me. I finally have 50/50 custody back but I want to pursue against the courts eventually. Hearing this validates what they did to me!!

I’m so sorry you went through that. My son’s dad was a 7 time convicted felon for drunk driving. Of course I didn’t know until I was already pregnant. He didn’t even see my son until he was almost 5 and then sued me for custody. I was a complete wreck. I had raised him alone. He didn’t know this man. I can’t imagine what you went through having the courts against you. I fought with every penny of my retirement and won but it took a huge toll on my emotional health. If you are smart you will sue their asses off!

I remember in high school my classmate's mom worked for CPS and she used to smoke weed at the parties that her kid threw. Then one night she hooked up with her kid's classmate. I remember thinking "wow, this lady works for CPS and she's smoking weed, drinking beer and hooking up with minors". Crazy.
I knew a woman like this. Her name is Sandra. Almost wonder if by coincidence it's the same person you knew...you described exactly what I witnessed her doing while being a cps worker. She also made a comment to her ex partner and threatened him that as a worker she is basically like a god who can decide fate of people and their children. Just sick.

Like many years ago (1980s maybe?) when they weren't vetting people working at the temporary placement facilities in Chicago.(where kids went until they could get them into a foster home).. Found s/offenders and even a couple of convicted killers working in those places.
Some of the worst people have jobs like this , I knew a heroin addict that worked for the ministry of social services …. Crazy huh 😳 This world is a mess and children seem to go missing at alarming rates these days , and the government is absolutely a big part of it !

I believe there are 2 sides to every story and I would be interested in hearing her parents version. I am a grandmother raising 3 of my grandchildren, and I promise you my daughter has told awful stories about me to explain why she doesn't have ANY of her kids. She's not about to tell the truth. That she is a drug addict, been to prison 3 times, abused ea of them in the short time she had them.

Agree. May the Walsh's get an equal chance to discuss. Imo, this conversation said a lot. I'm very uncomfortable with what feels like a lot of blame without hearing both sides. She grew up in a very unconventional situation. What exactly did that do to her psychologically? We need the entire story. I worked under CPS as a Social Worker and must admit, they are the worst system that was created to protect children.

Had a friend who was a single mom of 3 boys ,got very sick an had to be in hospital ,estranged from family so No one to take her kids .well Friendly cps brings her papers to sign an BOOM she lost her kids an they adopted them out .Horrible system

My son had one of his daughters removed from his home. He is a veteran and served his country for 13 years. His rights as a parent were denied and after almost 2 years she was returned to her abusive mother.
Not quite believing her reason for not having her kids
I couldn't imagine, being the child born so soon after a murdered sibling. The parents didn't have any time to heal. Going through the different stages of grief and trauma, while having a newborn and all the hormonal changes. I can relate to everything she is saying. The way the system works is more hurtful than helpful. I had been clean for over 25 years from using drugs when I had issues with a rebellious teenage daughter and because I admitted to past use before she was ever born I had to go through intensive outpatient drug and alcohol classes that triggered me listening to all the stuff and she was put in foster care for them to get funding when there was nothing wrong with my home other than she was rebellious!! My prayers go out in situations like this because it's BS!! And very sad. It hurts many people because of funding and politics!!!
I don’t understand how your Dad can do this to you and your children after loosing a child himself, your having to fight your own parents which is sad in itself, he has such a powerful influence over people it seems anything he says goes, I’m a big fan of your Dad and the program he does, but can’t condone what he’s doing to you, my heart goes out to you, and I pray you get your kids back and your parents support you instead of attacking you just for being open. Of course their are two sides to every story so only you, your parents and God knows the truth about your sad case, so having said that I can only pray for you all, for peace and love for the well being of all of you as a family.

Meghan stay strong and keep voicing out about the truth of cps. I too have a horror story about cps. They ignored physical and sexual abuse that was going on with my sister and I as a child but as an adult they attacked me for 20 years with my children based of malious lies made by my abusive family. Cps has actually helped my molester get access to my children and now as adult my daughter is in an open relationship with my molester and she's subjecting her daughter to this man. I have not been able to get help for my grandchildren and I have contacted everyone I possibly could. I have documentation of what cps has done but there's nowhere to take it to because cps power extends to all the agencies that are supposed to protect us and our rights . Add to it that cps has qualified immunity so you can't even file a complaint. I have been able to work with my state representatives office and he's currently drawing up a bill to hold cps and the courts accountable here in Ohio but that's not doing anything to stop the molestation that's been going on in my family for over 40 years now. We all need to voice out against this horrible unconstitutional system if we are ever going to save these children. Please keep up the good work your doing. I hope your children are returned soon and before this system has a chance to destroy them.
I have done a lot of my own research and Megan is dead on with what she is saying. Praying for you and your children and each one of us need to take action and save the children.

Sounds like a "victim" story. Grow up in a good and stable family, become an adult, make bad decisions and suddenly it is the parents fault, the courts fault, the child's dad's fault, everyone but hers. She was a good mom and daughter and this was done to her by her parents for fun. B and S. She is "woke" and needs to start facing reality. CPS must have official allegations of abuse or neglect to remove children.. she is claiming that the baby was removed because of false allegations that the baby didn't receive medical care... but what about the other two kids that were removed a year before the baby?? Why were they removed?? "Questioning her brothers death" is not an official CPS allegation. Megan refuses to state what the allegations are... based on her behavior, I suspect the accusations of drug use and mental health issues are true!

Meghan Walsh has been claiming that her deceased brother, Adam Walsh has recently called her and is alive and is now living as a 'woman'. I've seen her Instagram and I was very concerned at first but I believe it's very possible that Meghan Walsh has some issues and may be falsely accusing her parents of things when in fact she may have some real problems. Hopefully time will tell but I'm not sure she is as credible as she seems at first..

It is so heartbreaking how toxic the system can be and cruel CPS workers. My mom is a cps worker who truly tries to break the bad habits other workers make. I have always admired how she works with a family to improve a child’s life and the entire family’s environment instead of being quick to take children away. Only if a child is being beat or sexually abused does she take them from their parents for good. She genuinely cares for the overall family and gets how toxic foster care and so many systematic stuff can be. I wish more CPS workers were like her, then the system would be a lot better….people need to get this job to be a healer and helper, not hurt families 🤍

She removes children when they need to be removed (automatic removals are for sexual abuse & extreme physical abuse), but CPS workers don’t *normally* remove children for every cps complaint. If people continue to abuse drugs or not care for their children, they normally get placed with another family member, versus getting put into the foster care system

I do to! What 76 year old man wants to be doing overnight infant feedins every 2 hours and chasing four little kids? As Foster placement they can't speak out and neither can the state due to confidentiality and these people know it. I've seen her blogging about her drug abuse, eating disorders and I've heard her mention abusive relationships and those are things that can get children removed because of safety and neglect. Its a pretty damn low blow to be bringing up Adams death when she should be thanking her parents for keeping the kids out of fostercare.

So many unknowns here. What were the grounds for her children being taken from her? I guess I would just like to hear the other side of the story before I pass judgment on either Meghan or her parents. It appears that her brothers are not siding with her.

My parents did this to me too. Abused and had to play a role. My soul was crushed, but I knew very young,that they were evil. Then I had my beloved son, then pure evil was unleashed to us from them, fighting a losing battle.life long trauma. Things would never be the same. You have to answer for yourself one day.

I'm quite curious if Megan experienced any physical abuse growing up? The way she described the story on what happened on Thanksgiving and her parents trying to set up this whole scenario of her being the abuser and mentally not stable and needing help etc.... The fact that her mother laid her hands on her and her being a grown woman and holding her baby at the same time is disgusting and it raises an alert to me and to question whether or not this abuse occurred as a child for her as well. Being an adult and having your parents place their hands on you raises question why that would be normal.

The family court system is def corrupt. They take kids away from the dads even if they are fit, bc they'll get child support. This father in Texas had his rights taken away from his twin boys bc the mother, whom was a Dr, wanted to transition her toddler son and he didn't want to give consent. Transitioning and gender dysmorphia has major psychological and emotional issues, especially at a young age. You become infertile most of the time, suicidal rates increase as well as detransitioning, and depression. But there seems to be an agenda, and the media and schools are pushing the narrative that parents are abusive or neglective if they don't allow their ideas to seep into your personal beliefs or parenting styles. I don't know a Dr that would GENUINELY say that the procedures aren't highly risky and low success rate, including the gender dysmorphia going away once you transition. That's against hippa oaths but it's still being taught in schools and universities.
My friend was working for cps and she had to quit bc of the horrors and lack of effective help they offered. She really stressed so much. They give you so many cases that it's impossible to help them and you either stop caring, or leave.
That is not true. I know about that case and while I disagree with the mother for wanting to call her male child a girl that was all there was to it. There was no advocating for hormones or surgeries, in fact those things on a child that young are illegal and he wasn't 2. Also despite me staunchly disagreeing with the mother on the Trans issue after listening to the father he has sociopathic traits and sounds like a potential abuser. Courts don't favor moms "because they can get child support" the court does not keep any of the money they get from the absent parent. It's all for the child. They give the child to the parent that is most likely to give the child the most stability and consider the child's wants and needs. A LOT of fathers don't care much about their kids and use them to control the mothers that's why so many men abandon their children. They don't care. Again not all dads. I had a great single father but a lot of men are so egotistical and narcissistic they aren't concerned for the wellbeing of their kids
Also I'm with you on CPS,You are soo right!!! For the life of me I will never understand why kids are put on drugs then we wonder why they end up on street drugs in late teens young adults! I blame the ones who treated them with drugs to begin with. When counseling would be a better start. OMG it's ridiculous what someone standing peripheral who has any amount of influence can make life changing extremely negative horrible dilemmas for young easily influenced children. Trauma does not even begin to describe the lasting effects. My stepfather gave false information to a judge and my teenage daughter was taken from me and placed - with absolutely no investigation of any kind - was placed with my felonious ex husband. I still have no contact. But I believe karma will have the final say.
For years I have questioned Walsh’s motivation of why he has continued to claim the personal unremitting pain and loss of his son. It is true that parents continue to grieve the loss of their children for the remainder of their lives. They do not turn the loss into a franchise. This is a prime example of rich powerful people retaining power. More light needs shined on a broken draconian child welfare system. This is just so sad.

I dont buy her story at all. I am also not a John Walsh fan. She loses her 3 kids (all by different donor dads) then instead of working on getting the 3 back she goes and has another baby!!!! That we all know was also taken away. That doesn't sit right with me at all. She had to take weekly drug tests and she says if was for medical Marijuana. I don't believe it at all. When they took the 4th child from her she didn't look healthy at all. She never answers a question directly. I think she's leaving out alot of information when telling her stories.

Ok, now I'm getting madder. I didn't have a glorified upbringing. I spent a lot of time in my closet too. I could blame my parents for a lot of things but you know what? My blessings today come from their lives. Their struggles, hardships, crisis' , decisions. So what. My mother died at 88. Never was she perfect. Far from it. But she gave me life, opportunity, a bit of cash, food, intelligence, the ability to decipher. To judge your parents, withhold grandchildren, because they didn't live up to your expectations? You are a shameful petulant, cruel child. And to spout that somehow you are above them? And you had to do this? Even more shameful. I feel sad for the pain of the Walsh's. I can't imagine losing your first born to a monster and then losing your second born to total entitled manipulation. I don't care cps was involved. Cps is a failure. If you don't get it right with your amazing sacrificial father, and get your condescending self righteous attitude straight - I feel for your mother and father. I'm gonna pray you see the light sister and if you can't seem to get it right, then at least let your children know what a great, selfless, fantastic man their grandfather is. Such shame on you. I am not going to say she is telling the truth I have no idea, but to call someone in this particular type of situation if this story is true selfish, you are crazy.
My childhood wasn't half as traumatizing as that, but it was traumatizing, my mother left me on the side of the road when I was 9 years old a very busy road, told me she wished that she aborted me, done numerous things to me over my childhood that I'm just not going to put down here, the stuff continued in my adult life still happens today, a couple months ago I stopped talking to her by your definition I'd be selfish. I have one child she has a grandson, he's almost 14 he was told he's allowed to talk to her just don't involve me in it. At this present time he wishes not to talk to her, and I don't push the issue.
It was really hard not to call her for mother's Day I wanted to but there was even a bigger part of me that did not.
I don't wish to have a connection with her, because I'm almost 40 and I have longed and hoped for a connection all these years, she's 73 if we haven't figured out how to be mother and daughter by now it's just not in the cards.
She has done things that I wouldn't be surprised that a person that experienced that would cut her off from her grandkids but that's not what I'm doing.
I simply just don't really want to be involved in their conversations, I told my son that if he feels she is crossing some line or boundary he needs to stand up for himself or inform me and I will stand up for him.
The fact that you are good with an abuser, that you even say you were abused but apparently you stood by your abuser. That's not everybody's story and not everybody has to do what you did, I would say standing by your abusers is pretty stupid.
I wish you all the luck in the world but that's pretty awful for you to condemn someone because they had the courage to get away.
I view my mom as toxic, it's not just my childhood, she does and says things today that is very toxic and very harmful to my mental health.
I don't know for how long I plan on going no contact but I'm good for now. And it's been a peaceful few months no drama.
This happened to me and my 3 daughters in the early thousands and the system in CA allowed my girls to be sold out by their father who is now in high desert state prison life without parole for killing a woman his name is Michael Angelo Perez and the sad thing is that my daughter wants nothing to do with me when it was her father not me he beat me daily and I got out but not with my babies

I work for a human rights charity in UK..untold families have had their children removed simply because they needed a bit of help..with housing or a health issue..or just a bit of support and encouragement..
instead they are investigated as though they were criminals and broken down and bullied..there are children that simply disappear into the system or given to unsuitable foster carers or adoptees..and parents do not know where they are 😭

@@dl7425 he may be driven from the trauma he has suffered, I do not believe that he is corrupt, his beautiful daughter I believe is showing the sadness of this family's trauma, but this is a manifestation of the family's deep suffering, I believe that John may be reacting in fear to his daughter's decision-making, lifestyle choices and social environment, but the daughter's accusations are coming from a place of hurting parents, who due to this, failed to parent from a level free from fear, and self recriminations, guilt is a natural part of parenting as we have feet of clay, how much more when one of our children were murdered, not due to any supposed intent by them, I believe the daughter has tried too live free from the oppression of fear, possibly drugs, partying, mixing with people on the fringes of society, if I had 4 children to different fathers, my mum would question my stability and if my choices where putting the kids first, this is not a judgment, if my daughter had 4 children to different dads, I too would be questioning her decision making, also the daughter admits to no contribution to the fractured family relationships, all I here is her accusing her parents and she is absolutely blameless, which does not sound like she takes any ownership

She did a video on Nicholas Veniamin channel last night. The court papers were displayed, as well as video of cops taking her child. This morning that video is taken down. Usually, censorship happens when one is speaking truth.
So what is she claiming that her parents are sex traffickers? I'm so confused. She never comes and answers anyone's questions. She beats around the bushes. Why has her father not made any statements. I can't find one interview with her parents.
I checked as well she seems to say this is because she spoke of her brother & fAther? I want to know what is the reason for child services to go to her home 1st visit? Why were her kids removed prior to newborn? I know they are corrupt but seems like no answer as to a WHY ? I know she also stated they are trying to allow my two to be adopted

I always got a feeling John was a controlling person behind closed doors. Arrogance and entitlement radiated off of him imo.
This was happening in Maricopa Co, AZ about 5-6yrs ago, also. The DCS workers were getting bonuses for every kid placed in foster care. They were using mental disorders as the reason for removing kids from parents. DCS was literally kidnapping kids and placing them in horrible foster homes. I personally know ppl who went through this.
CPS seems to almost always the exact opposite of what any normal person would do in many cases.
