This is random I know lol but get any kind of body oil to take your left over fake tan off such as coconut oil, bio oil or baby oil. Rub loads on your body and massage it right in to the skin. Try to keep it on for as long as possible I put it on for an hour and that will break up and strip your left over tan 👍 then when in a bath or shower exfoliate the oil and tan off using exfoliating gloves, body brush or exfoliating sponge 😊 xx @Gemmalouisemiles

I always love your video's Gemma. I began watching line of duty yesterday on Netflix and have watched all of season one and now on the first episode of season two and I agree with you.. it's brilliant. Two weeks ago I have a cosmetic surgery proceedure... i have a big tummy tuck and they removed 6lbs of skin. I am now smaller than i was when i got married ( now divorced) 31 years ago and I love it. You always look so fit and healthy and you have inspired me to get into shape too ( not bad for a 51yr old lady) lol. I've already bought some resistence bands and have enquired about joining a local gym. Just waiting for the go ahead from my surgeon and there will be no stopping me. I've now lost over 3 stones in weight and am eating an almost vegan diet and can't tell you how good i feel for it. I've also reversed my type 2 diabetes. Really looking forward to your healthy food videos. Hope you have a lovely day darling.. and please don't ever stop being you because you are simply delightful. Running definitely takes more then 2 days after about 7 times you will start to see and feel a great difference!! I love running at 4 miles 2 a week and definitely puts me on top of the world. You will get there!

I've been keto and intermittent fasting for almost a year now. Have never felt better, down 70lbs! I only eat 2 meals a day between noon and 6pm everyday. I love it

the key to running is consistency! if you can do 4miles now then you'll be fine! ive been running for a few years now and im one of those people who can go out and do 10 miles now! even if you run slow as long as you keep doing it consistnecy you'll be fine :)

I hate that stage of fake tan 😫 I’ve been using Tan Eraser Removal mitt to take my tan off, it’s amazing! I’ve used everythinggggg to scrub tan off over the years even a pumice stone 😂 so I definitely recommend it to all fake tan lovers xx

Not sure if it's already been mentioned, but you could try a go pro camera for running, their quite expensive but really good, I love to run as it's my time for me, I can switch off, it helps I live pretty much next to the beach so a run up and down the prom always helps me feel amazing, you could look for a running club in your area to help you, as that's how I started, run/walk helps build stamina and also hill training too. Stick with it! 🙂 xx

Ah yes! Please do some vlogs on your fasting. I'm a few weeks in doing a mixture of 5:2 and 16:8 and I'm struggling to make it work and never know what to eat! I would be so interested to see how you do your days. Do you follow a keto diet? Also, I'm veggie so any veggie fast day tips would be fab!
Try to do low carb as that tends to work better with IF or ADF

Hi Gemma I have a chronic illness but being a registered nurse no one knew ! Which was mind over matter and studying and working I got my degree and several operations later , I made my dreams career wise and the achievements were wonderful ! So yes it’s what determination and sheer slog but I was happy that I kept it hidden ! Now years down the line I am fulfilled content happy , but I wouldn’t have it any other way !
So I guess what I am saying is if you want success it’s there go get it ! Have tried Egyptian salad?
1 watermelon cubed , 1 table spoon of black olives, 1 red onion sliced, 2 limes juice on top of the Onion leave aside for 2 hours, chop half bunch mint chopped half pkt of feta, , then combine all ingredients together leaving the lime juice and mix 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil tad of salt and pepper as a dressing , this will last for about four days it’s amazing just yummy ! Try it ! It’s a nigella lawson recipe I always have some in the fridge for snacking on ! In the summer time in fact I made one this afternoon to have with salmon !

Child free and just catching up on videos. Can relate SO much I went to lay down the other day and fell asleep for 3 hours I woke up groggy and felt I’d overslept then I had to quickly wake up to put my daughter to bed who took full advantage of me being asleep watching a film with my hubby. I wanna be that mum who works does housework has a social life takes daughter to her activities bakes goes to yoga & is healthy and fit and makes meals from scratch but I’m not !! And we have house envy on Rightmove picking our lottery win house 😂
